Learn Sushi roll cooking using Makisu. You will also learn how to make California roll without Makisu so that you can open a Sushi party at home --- this is the best way to introduce the culture of Japan to your friends and neighbors ! Sushi rolls & miso soup will be served to you at the end of the class.
The instructor, Ms. Reiko Yamada, presides a cooking school at home. As she ever worked for JTB, Japan’s largest travel agent, she has participated in many cultural exchange activities in US including cooking and food programs
