A guided tour of a common supermarket in Nakameguro, Tokyo. You will be accompanied by Ms. Reiko Yamada, a cooking advisor and will learn names of Japanese food in the showcase. She will also tell you how to choose and buy Japanese food. Let’s try a set menu (teishoku) for lunch near Nakameguro station.
The instructor, Ms. Reiko Yamada, presides a cooking school at home. As she ever worked for JTB, Japan’s largest travel agent, she has participated in many cultural exchange activities in US including cooking and food programs.
